Chia Raspberry Jam

So simple ingredients, rich of fiber , omega -3S, antioxidants and no added sugars .👌🏻 . 👩🏼‍🍳Method ; Simply cook 1 cup frozen or fresh berries ( I used raspberry), 1 tbs chia seeds and about 2 tbs water 💦 ( can increase water if needed )- feel free to up ingredients, keeping same ratio to make larger batch ! COOK , MASH, STIR the berries for about 10 min until the texture is like jam , then keep in glass jar in the fridge . Serve on top of fresh toasted sourdough + creamy PB for a balanced GF breakfast 😉💪🏻 🍞 . Enjoy your morning
